For any service for several days, an estimate is established in advance according to the composition of the days, coaching or guiding or mixed.
• CONDITIONS: The Customer acknowledges having read the information including pricing and other aspects of the services on the occasion of the visit or the circuit described in the quote.
• BOOKING: booking becomes definitive when a copy of the final estimate dated and signed by the customer was returned either by post or email.
• PRICE AND PAYMENT: The customer agrees to pay the remaining amount of benefit due no later than 15 days after delivery. Rates include guide services and are at fixed prices based on 40 people.
However, they do not include:
o the travelling expenses : they will automatically be listed on the estimate. In case the client could not bring me back to the same place of the departure, travel expenses are requested.
o the possible fees in museums, monuments and other sites programmed in the visit or in the trip. These fees will be paid directly by the customer on site.
o when booking for a full day, the meal of the guide will be comprised. (If the meal is not included, a lump sum of €18 will be added to the service)
o Beyond a group of 40 people will be asked additional € 2 per person for a guided tour of 1:30 / 2 hours.
o Extra hour charge is €35.
• POSSIBLE DELAY: The wait may not exceed one hour. The tour will be shortened of the time of your delay. It is best to warn of delays at the earliest, on my mobile phone noted at the bottom of the reservation.
• INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE: In case of interruption of the service by the customer, there will be no refund.
• CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: All cancellations made by the customer, I must be informed either by post or email. For cancellations made one week before delivery, 50% of the benefit amount will be paid. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery, the entire delivery will be paid.
• RESPONSIBILITY: I would be liable for acts of God or force majeure. If the visit or the trip must be interrupted, it will therefore be no refund because of these same events. It will be the same for cancellations due to weather.
